motley crue or guns n roses

This is a topic debated in my house at least once a day so i want to know your opinion

Which band do you prefer and why and with guns n roses im talking about the old one with slash and not the new crappy one.

I personally prefer guns n roses they are much more popular to a general age audience and have had bigger hits.
Motley crue had shout at the devil and kickstart my heart but the gunners had sweet child o mine and welcome to the jungle and many more and i think those soings are more popular too.
